DO NOT use any type of metal spoon or bowl for mixing
DO NOT Refrigerate.
If air gets in the bag, let it out.
It is normal for the batter to rise, bubble and ferment.
Day 1 Do nothing
Day 2 Mush the bag
Day 3 Mush the bag
Day 4 Mush the bag
Day 5 Add: 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk; Mush the bag
Day 6 Mush the bag

Day 8 Mush the bag
Day 9 Mush the bag
Day 10 Follow the instructions below
• Pour the entire contents of the bag into a NON METAL Bowl.
• Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk: Mix with NON METAL spoon.
• Measure out 4 separate cups of batter and put 1 cup each into 4 one-gallon Ziploc bags.
• Keep a starter for yourself and give the others to 3 friends along with a copy of the recipe.
• 1 cup starter
• 2/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• Grease 2 large loaf pans. In a separate bowl mix ½ cup sugar and 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon. (dust the greased loaf pans with half of this mixture)
• Pour the batter evenly in the two pans and sprinkle the remaining sugar mix over the top.
• Bake 45 min. Cool until bread loosens from the pan evenly (about 10 minutes) turn out onto a serving dish.
